An example of an app built on open data: a 3D flood map of the river Lomma with measured flow, a forecast and where the water reaches in Lommedalen. Not a warning service.
Built in one evening, 25 October 2026, while the Lomma burst its banks. The NVE gauge, MET’s weather ensemble and the national terrain model meet in the browser, and every number can be traced to its source and calculation on the app’s method page.
